Structured pipeline for projects
NPI / NPD
Coordination and management of international industrial projects
Cross-border industrial projects require more than just commercial tracking.
They demand clear technical communication, structured coordination, and a controlled process among all parties involved.
At Hexa-I-Care, we support international industrial projects by acting as an interface between engineering teams, purchasing services, sales management, and external industrial partners.
In order to keep this process transparent and controlled, we work with a structured NPI / NPD project pipeline in our CRM.
This pipeline follows the industrial maturity of the project:
01 – Innovation and Investigation
Identification of the initial opportunity, application context, technical interest, and partner suitability.
02 – Feasibility
Clarification of technical requirements, customer needs, manufacturing capabilities, and commercial relevance.
03 – Development
Structured tracking of technical points, offers, samples, open questions, and internal alignments.
04 – Pilot Phase
Support during prototype, pre-series, or initial validation phases.
05 – Industrialisation
Coordination of the transition to repeatable production, supplier alignment and customer follow-up.
06 – Follow-up
Long-term project follow-up, customer feedback and opportunity development.
07 – Closed
Clear documentation of completed, lost or halted opportunities.
This approach helps to avoid information breaks, loss of technical precision or discrepancies between customer expectations and supplier capabilities.
For the partner, the process remains transparent: project status, open points, customer feedback, next steps and commercial maturity can be systematically tracked.
The objective is not an isolated commercial activity.
The aim is to structure the development of international projects, from the first contact to the industrial opportunity.
Hexa-I-Care supports industrial companies as an interface partner for Franco-German cooperation and more broadly European.
Securing cross-border industrial partnerships.
